Our 2005 Chardonnay is an elegant wine that is well-balanced and crisp. The bouquet of this wine exhibits a sublte sense of tropical fruit, apple and pear; French oak aging has further enhanced this wine, providing nuances of vanilla in each sip.

Winemaker’s Notes:

The focus in crafting this extraordinary 2005 Chenin Blanc was to have the bold peach and grapefruit bouquet really stand out. Utilizing a slow and deliberate fermentation process, the result is a wine that is well balanced with a lingering finish of citrus, apple and pear.

This 2005 Rosé of Mourvedre is a semi-sweet wine boasting wonderful nuances of apple, strawberry and cherry in every sip.  The fruit flavors really stand out in this wine, while generous aging in oak barrels has added to the richness and elegance of this well-balanced wine.

Winemaker’s Notes:

This excellent 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied and complex, with a rich ruby red hue, and nuances of cherries, currant, blackberry, and a subtle layer of pepper to captivate the nose. Aged generously in American oak barrels, the flavor is soft, well balanced, with a smooth lingering finish.

Winemaker’s Notes:

A fusion of two wonderful wines; earthy, spicy and pepper flavors associated with Syrah (50%) with blackberry, currant, and cassis representative of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%). This wonderful blend is full bodied and smooth. The flavor is further enhanced by generous aging in Frnech and American barrels, giving this wine a rich and silky mouth-feel.

Winemaker’s Notes:

The deep and intense purple hue of this Petit Verdot will entice you, and the flavor is nothing short of spectacular. Exhbiting fragrances of blackberry, cherry with nuances of chocolate and subtle hint of cigar box tones are a result of generous aging in American oak. The finish is sweet yet not over-powering.

Generous aging in French and American oak barrels adds to the deepness and velvet finish.
